Returns Policy


If you purchased our product from one of our Authorized Dealers, please contact them to return your product. Their return policy may vary from ACC’s return policy. We will accept returns only from the person or company who ordered the product directly from ACC.

All return items must have an MRA (Merchandise Return Authorization) code and shipped to:

Auto Custom Carpets, Inc. Attn: Returns Department 318 Noble Street Anniston, AL 36201

Reason for Return:

CUSTOMER DOES NOT WANT – Auto Custom Carpets, Inc. will accept products back as long as product is still in new, unaltered condition.

  1. Customer agrees to pay all return shipping cost.
  2. Customer agrees to a 20% restock fee.
  3. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  4. Refund issued in the same form as original payment only after receipt of returned product and inspected.

INCORRECT ITEM SHIPPED – Auto Custom Carpets, Inc. will replace the product with the originally ordered item. To help expedite the return and replacement process, please provide product photo(s) to help insure received product is incorrect.

  1. ACC will issue a call tag to have incorrect product returned at ACC expense.
  2. ACC will manufacture the correct product and ship using same shipping method as original order at ACC expense.
  3. In the event the incorrect item is not returned within 30 days, ACC will bill the customer for the replacement product plus shipping charges.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT – Auto Custom Carpets, Inc. will replace the product that is determined to be defective or issue credit per the guidelines outlined in ACC’s written Warranty. To help expedite the replacement process, please provide product photo(s) showing the defect.

  1. Once ACC has determined product is defective, ACC will either manufacture a replacement product as originally ordered or give credit back in the same method as original payment at ACC’s discretion.
  2. ACC may opt to have defective product returned for further inspection at ACC’s expense. If product is not returned within 30 days customer will be invoiced for replacement plus shipping charges.

NOTE: PLEASE INSPECT EACH CARPET SET PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. CARPET SETS CANNOT BE RETURNED AFTER BEING CUT, TRIMMED, GLUED, OR ALTERED IN ANY MANNER.
